Once you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email from us. This email will contain all your order details. It takes us 3-5 business day to process your items before shipping them. This processing includes order verification, item manufacturing, quality checking and packaging. Please keep in mind, this is in addition to postal transit times. We are working as quickly as possible to get orders out! Once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse, you will then receive a Shipping Notification email from us with tracking number.
WHAT ARE SHIPPING METHODS?
We have 3 shipping methods for you to choose from. Well known and trusted couriers are always used to ensure the package arrives at your door on time and in perfect condition. The shipping methods differ in cost and duration:
Standard shipping: This is the most commonly chosen method. The couriers we use for this shipping method are UPS, FedEX, EMS, DHL, TNT, UBI and Aramex. Orders placed using this service will usually arrive in 10 - 15 days.
Expedited shipping: This is the quickest method but also the most expensive. The couriers we use for this shipping method are DHL,FedEX and UPS. Normally, it takes about 5-7 business days for Express Delivery.
Super Saver shipping: This is the most cost effective but also the slowest method. Estimated delivery time is about 20-30 days.

WILL I NEED TO PAY TAXES, CUSTOMS OR DUTIES?
We do not add any hidden charges to your order. The price you see in the checkout is the price you will pay. However, there are certain things that we have no control over such as the possibility of paying taxes when the goods enter your country. Please note that all import taxes/ duties are the buyer’s responsibility. We will accept no responsibility for customs costs incurred
